Emotion-based Sadomasochism

In this workshop we want to explore consensually playing with pain without involving physical pain: from exploring shame, fear, panic, degradation, manipulation and more! We will be focusing on different scene ideas, ways to create and sustain different feelings, but also on care, risks and how to mitigate them.
What We Will Do

An intro to the political role of feelings and its cultural complexities. 
How to work on evoking different feelings: set and setting in roleplays.
Risk profile for emotional SM
Asking for what we want and working together on creating it.
Shame and guilt for tops and bottoms and how to deal with it
How to navigate the possibility of getting triggered
